Our mission is to promote accessibility and inclusivity for visually impaired individuals and those with other disabilities by empowering organizations to create welcoming environments. We offer comprehensive training programs, including Sight Loss Awareness and Personal Independence Training, designed to enhance understanding, foster social inclusion, and build confidence. Through collaboration and co-design, we aim to ensure that the perspectives of visually impaired individuals are integral to the design process and to create engaging social opportunities for them.
Our team drives us to constantly seek new ways of making a positive impact in the world. Our approach is to take risks and think outside the box to create solutions that make a difference. Accountability is key to our success. We take ownership of our actions and hold ourselves to the highest standards of excellence.
Trust is the bedrock of our relationships with our customers and partners. We strive to build trust through open communication, reliability, and consistency. Respect is fundamental to how we treat others and how we expect to be treated in return. We value diversity and inclusivity, and celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table.
We believe in a collaborative approach to consulting, where we work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions together. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Eyes 4 Positivity was founded by Ramona Williams our team leader, who has lived with sight loss from birth. The organisation was created to provide support and resources to those living with sight loss, so that they can live their lives to the fullest, with a positive outlook on life.
I have delivered many sight loss awareness training to many businesses and organisations. I have sat on many committees offering advice on how to make new and existing buildings and facilities accessible for people with sight loss.
